Handcrafted products
We sell small-batch soaps, lip balms, witch bells, artwork, and other handmade and folklore-inspired goods. Handmade pieces may have natural differences in color, shape, texture, wood grain, finish, and hand-cut weight. These variations are part of their character and are not necessarily defects. Decorative items used to style a product photograph are not included unless the product description says otherwise.
Product information, pricing, and availability
We do our best to present accurate product details and inventory. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout. If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you with appropriate options, including a refund for anything we cannot provide.
Orders and payments
Orders are subject to payment processing and product availability. You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information. Please keep your order confirmation for reference. We may cancel fraudulent or unfulfillable orders, with refunds as required by law.

Product use and safety
Read all ingredient and use information before using personal-care items. Discontinue use if irritation develops. Our products are not presented as medical treatments or replacements for professional advice. Witch bells, crystals, and other folklore-inspired items are for decoration or personal enjoyment; they do not promise protective, spiritual, or other results. Decorative items with cords, small bells, or other small components are not toys and should be kept away from children and pets.
Our photographs, artwork, and writing
Original Ebony Hollow photographs, artwork, branding, product descriptions, and designs are part of our creative work. Please do not reproduce or use them commercially without permission. Any third-party materials or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Responsible use of the website
Please do not misuse the website, submit knowingly false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with checkout or other customers. We may take reasonable measures to prevent abuse or fraud.
